This fast has changed my whole relationship to food! This fasting experience has given me the chance to start a new healthy lifestyle. A lifestyle I have been seeking for many years, but I didn't know where or how to start. Through this process, I have learnt about the importance of a healthy relationship to food. Not only have I done some spring cleaning in my bowels, but I have been able to do some cleansing in my mind and my way of thinking. I am more aware of my thoughts that help me to think healthier.
