My experience started with a postural "reading". Minor misalignments were observed. From this some yoga stretches were devised, which touched on deeply defended and clenched areas of my body. Arvind massaged those areas whilst counseling me on the old, held emotions. The tone was gentle, nurturing and coocoony - not pushing one to new heights - but rather coming home to soft, comfortable feelings of self acceptance in body and mind. A distinctly caring energy. The remarkable thing is that this treatment flows from the yoga room to the massage table and out into meal times, and the rest of your stay.
