Arvind, I would like to express my deepest appreciation for the life changing experience I had at your place. I felt like a man in an iron cage when I came to see you. A life time of bad breathing patterns and incorrect muscle use was slowly but surely shutting me down as a competing athlete. I was at a point where I was having difficulty breathing properly with a rib cage that had the flexibility of concrete.
